Why join us for our Chill with Gin event?

This is a 2 hour workshop where we will take you through a longer 'relax and recharge' session, which then finishes with a 30 minute social where the drinks will be provided!

You will experience the usual benefits of our just relax sessions, including:

  • The use of breathing exercises which help the body slow down and regulate stress.
  • Increased positive thoughts and beliefs through the use of affirmations and mindfulness
  • Opportunity to truly relax and spend 2 hours focusing on yourself away from the stresses of everyday life

Plus it gives you the opportunity to make connections with other members of the Ocean community and make some like-minded friends that can support you throughout your journey to improved mental well-being.

 

What if I don't drink?...

Don't drink? That's fine! We will have a selection of soft drinks/hot drinks available too.

Do I need to bring anything with me?...

All you need is yourself! Just make sure to wear something comfy.

What happens after I pay?

After you pay our team will manually book you on to the session when we receive the notification. Other than that simply come along on April 29th and we will take care of the rest! If you have any questions then simply message us on social media and we will be happy to help.
